We have experience reports from KUMC (HackathonTwo presentation), MCRF
(LaRose 30 Jan), UTHSCSA (HackathonTwo discussion; comment:20) of using
this shared approach for GPC i2b2->CDM.
We'll track details as they arise elsewhere; e.g. #225.
