Hi all - we tested this out at Cerner for CMH's BMI data and our breakdown
came out as follows. The first column is the BMI Percentile group and the
second column is the count of patients that fit into each bucket. We're
hesitant to implement since the 100th percentile is the third most- populated
group. Are other sites getting similar results?

Additionally, we are seeing non-standard-distribution in the larger buckets
of BMI percentiles:
41% of patients between 25 and 75
