Since we don't have "KUH|PAT_ENC:BMI" in Marshfield - any guidance on what
LOINC code we should use for the script? If someone has a recommendation
we'd take it, but otherwise we'll just make a guess.
Currently we're filling 39156-5, but the values look questionable. We're
investigating.
