Also, for the counts you posted-- are they visit counts or patient counts? If it's patient counts, how do you choose which percentile to include for each patient? I would recommend either first or last, as long as you consistently have one BMI percentile per patient when compiling such counts.
Folks other than CMH: might want to make sure that you are only doing the percentiles for patients between the ages of 2 and 20.
