Laurel when you get back in on Monday can you please work with the other sites
as needed to help with dan's request and let me know how its looking and if you
have any questions. I still haven't heard from a number of sites in the gpc in
response to my listserv inquiry, but I'm pretty sure you were copied on all the
ones I got.

In the meantime, these are the sites I was referring to in my report at the
site visit

CDM: Neb, Mn, Mfld, UTHSCSA, CMH, KU
V5datamartclient: mcw, neb, utsw, mn, mfld, uthscsa, cmh, iowa
Recvd initial test query: mcw, neb, mn, mfld, uthscsa, cmh
Ran and submitted test query results: neb, mn, mfld (did not mention uthscsa
was planning to run this week, and that cmh was planning to run next week)

If you want to know more about the source of my info for each one, I can
clarify as needed. I mentioned in my email to dan yesterday I combined
information from: the coordinating center, from direct inquiries to the sites,
and information that laurel grabbed from track)

We can recommend adding a few additional rows to dan's sheet too for moving
forward: 1) receiving and running the official data characterization query, 2)
submitting the results of the data characterization query (all sites must await
regulatory/data sharing approvals for this) 3) completing the data
characterization error report dialog process with the coordinating center, 4)
building cdm v 2.0, 5) v2.1.

Thanks, bob

I'm working on phase 2 milestones, and I find that I could use even more detail
on this stuff.

I put together a DRN status at GPC
sites<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Lg5fAHV5_rBT_FyF4_8NDuZC7KlNapLai90LEkdnxpI/edit?usp=sharing>
 google spreadsheet for us to fill out at or before the March 24 gpc-dev
teleconference.

Subject: PopMedNet, CDM status for KeyGoalTracking
Laurel, Bob,

At the site visit, Bob just reported that

  *   >= 6 sites have CDM builds
  * >= 5 site have the datamart client installed
  * >= 6 sites have done baseline queries
  *   >= 3 have run & responded
I'm interested in updating the
KeyGoalTracking<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/KeyGoalTracking>
 table to reflect this; there are two relevant rows:

  *   PopMedNet running and staffed
  *   GPC CDM build
(#160<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/160>)
KeyGoalTracking shows 4 sites with PopMedNet running and staffed; that
corresponds to "have run & responded," right? i.e. Bob's >=3 slightly
under-reported what trac has. Fair enough.

I'd like to give sites 5 and 6 some sort of symbol for "have the client
installed" and "have done baseline queries". If I go looking through the
tickets, am I likely to find this info?

And w.r.t. CDM build, I'd like to give sites 4, 5, and 6 some sort of "CDM
built using an alternative to the shared code" symbol. Do you know who they
are? Should I expect to find that info in the popmednet tickets? I haven't
asked anybody to put it there.

I guess I'll cc gpc-dev so sites can let me know directly.

Feel free to do the editing yourself, though editing tables in the trac wiki is
kinda tedious.
