The Bariatric study requires HbA1c data. Current CDM ETL design (#145)
works best when standard codes are available from concept paths, but some
lab designs we have considered (#158) don't have LOINC codes there.
Let's put together a quality check, which serves as a failing test case
for lack of lab support in CDM ETL, and then add this feature to CDM ETL.
