I re-wrote the labs portion of `pcornet_mapping.sql` so that it hangs our
local LOINC lab leaves under the corresponding SCHILS "parent" nodes
([https://github.com/mprittie/i2p-
transform/commit/21924791e807fda952d299b03176f5052e75b09a mprittie/i2p-
transform 2192479]). I plan to run the test transform later this
afternoon, and will update this ticket with the results.
