I have finished writing the SQL required to populate the `LAB_RESULT_CM`
table with data from HERON ([https://github.com/mprittie/i2p-
transform/commit/93b9272e493ca332de74d81726cce820da0e6612 mprittie/i2p-
transform 93b9272]). My next step it to write SQL bases tests to verify
that post-transform table contents look reasonable.
