Comment:

 I gather several sites are prepared to deliver maternal variables in the
 context of the antibiotic obesity study (#277), so let's re-condsider a
 shared approach.

 > **4.**  Because controlling for confounding is paramount in this study,
 we also propose to use data outside the CDM to augment individual-level
 data sets. These data could include maternal variables such as BMI and
 antibiotic use, perinatal variables such as vaginal v. cesarean delivery,
 and identification of siblings within the data set.   Is your site able to
