Updates posted to the bitbucket repo today include:
* "final" version of REDCap_DataDictionary.csv
* tracker generates csv files (along with the sqlite db file)
* multiple files, 3000 rows each due to REDCap limitations
* README.rst instructions updated accordingly
* config file changes
* re-organized some elements
* added flag adults_only (for non-pediatric sites)
* added flag use_email (for sites using email only)
* note: if you are doing pediatric survey by email-only, you must
manually populate the contact info email and use the file-based tracker
option (I can provide more detail if needed)
* If more than 10,000 patients in i2b2 cohort, randomly select a subset of
10,000
* mail waves are no longer assigned to the first 300 per bin
