I'm chugging along on this. I have limited our data time wise enough to
get down to appx 17000 patients and have two issues so far:
1. We do not have STATE_CD in patient_dimension (that is fixable).

It appears that the data will be limited to Nebraska based patients. We
are a stone's throw from Iowa, and we'll have patients from Iowa in the
set (there is nothing that said to limit to your home state based upon
what I see in the query instructions).
Is it the intention that this study be limited to a site's home state? Or
should it be constrained by geolocation data (50 miles from center or
similar?)
