After the

ADAPTABLE Study Coordinator Call on 01/12/2016] I have revised the
ADAPTABLE basephenotype queries and ported them to Babel. They are under
the shared folder ADAPTABLE (ADAPTABLE_BASEPHENOTYPE_W_NCDR and
ADAPTABLE_BASEPHENOTYPE_WO_NCDR) one with the phenotypes from NCDR and one
without NCDR. The phenotypes from NCDR data that were used in the query
are Stenosis Percent, Prior MI and Prior CABG.
