ADAPTABLE query on babel has been modified with the below changes.
- Excluded patients on Prasugrel
- Included patients on Aspirin
Updated query can be found in the ADAPTABLE shared folder in Babel with
the name ADAPTABLE_W_NCDR_03172016. There is also a modified version of
the same query without the NCDR.
