Progress - responded to 3 of the 4 queries.
1. Initially received a DataMartClient Unexpected error "Keyword not
supported: '<yt;database'." This was because the local SQL account had a
semicolon in the auto-generated password - and it was using the password
to generate the connection string.
2. The queries expected tables names in the format of "dbo.demographic"
and our CDM tables had a "pmn" (popmednet) prefix. Eric created views of
the SCILHS generated tables with the names expected by the MDQ.
3. The third of four queries didn't return results. We ran their logic
directly on SQL server and received the same result. With a minor change
(see below), it ran as expected. Sent that to the group coordinating this
(Lindsey Petro, Kyle Erickson, Jessica Sturtevant, Darcy Louzao, James
Topping). Lindsey confirmed we should wait on running query 4 until
Jessica responds about query 3.
