Here's a description of the beta queries; I'll attach the SQL

MDQ Technical Beta Test Description - This beta test will consist of 4
queries of increasing complexity. Since data output will not be returned
to the CC, these queries were designed with a technical use case in mind.
 Each query is described below.

 Basic Queries (Demographic table):

Query 1: Will query a count of all patients where birth date is not null.

 Query 2: Will query a count of all patients where birth date is not null;
stratified by ethnicity, race, and 5 year age groups, with age defined as
 of 5/1/2016.

Query joining across Demographic, Encounter and Diagnosis tables:

Query 3: Will query a count of all patients with an ICD-9 diagnosis
starting with 250 or ICD-9 diagnosis starting with 401 between 1/1/2005
and 12/31/2014, stratified by Race and 10 year age groups with age defined
as of the date the query was submitted.

Long-running Query joining across all queryable tables (Demographic,
 Encounter, Diagnosis, Vital)

Query 4: Returns a count of patients measured to be between 100 and 250
pounds at any time, between the ages of 18 and 65 as of the date of their
last encounter of any kind, have been diagnosed with an ICD-9 code
starting with 250 and not an ICD-9 code starting with 410 at any time, all
stratified by encounter year for the patient’s first 250.x diagnosis,
 Ethnicity, and Race.
