WISC got an email from Duke on the morning of 4/27 saying our submission
from 4/26 looked good, and they responded to my reply telling us they'd
get back to us if they needed anything corrected. This morning (4/29), I
received an email from Duke asking us to correct a few places where the
date was messed up. I've corrected the issues in SAS for Netezza from the
original KUMC source code for the SAS views (which was written for
Oracle). Before noon today, I corrected the remaining SAS issues on a
small subset of data and things look good, and am now running the full
data set. Should be finished by this evening. It's been taking between 6
and 7 hours to run on our Netezza Striper box.
