WISC submitted the CDM v3 DCQ tonight (4/26/2015). This was our third run
in SAS. The EDC report brought some interesting info, on the last run, so
we addressed a few items and re-ran. Smoking and tobacco (social history
ontology) didn't look very good on the EDC, which made today's GPC dev
call seem like deja vu.
