GPC sites are overdue with the Data Characterization Query (DCQ):

'''Minnesota''': DCQ submitted, but with errors. Justin is working to
resolve.
'''Nebraska''': Query warnings and errors in file submitted 4/26. Sent
back to Ashok on 4/28.
UTSW: not overdue, but still required to transmit the Annotated Data
Dictionary. Phillip was receiving an unexpected error through the Datamart
Client.
For the sites that are overdue, please remember to include the Annotated
Data Dictionary.
