form? Or do we import the entire data dictionary csv?
I know that manually adding each of the fields works.
Importing the entire data dictionary should work, but I haven't tested
that. I am a little nervous that it would clobber something important, but
(a) this is a working copy and (b) REDCap does preview data dictionary
changes, so I suppose it should be OK.
