The SNOW network is currently running on SHRINE version 1.18.2. Can it be upgraded to 1.20.1 which is the current version running on the ACT and SCILHS networks? By syncing up the version with the other networks, when they do the next SHRINE upgrade, we should be able to follow the same installation/upgrade path and will be in a better position if/when we link the SHRINE networks together.
