If possible, before building the indexes please try increasing both the Connection and Command Timeouts in your DataMart’s Model Settings to 240 (see first attached image). This may fix the problem on its own. Before you re-run the query, please also set your DataMart Client to debugging mode (see second attached image). This will allow us to look at the log for any errors. To set up debugging, first open the DataMart Client and click the “About” link in the bottom right corner, then click the “Debug” button from the resulting window. This will bring you to the Debug window. Here, choose the file path to save the log to, select “Debug” as the Log Level, and click okay. After this is set up, run the query as normal and a log file will be produced. If errors still come up, please send the log file to us, and we can take a closer look at it.
