**Debugged**: Steffani helped me figure out that the underpopulation of
med table is caused by low counts of eligible patients, which is further
caused by collecting **serum creatinine labs** by matching on
`ENCOUNTERID`. I updated both tSQL and Oracle collection codes (in
particular, collect_all_SCr, collect_lab, collect_med) by matching on
**(patient, day)** [https://github.com/kumc-bmi/AKI_CDM/pull/38
commit#38]. New codes are ready to be tested.
