In most cases though the staff doesn't need to do anything at all. My staff dislikes popups, so they use mainly a web interface that displays a list of documents that couldn't be matched to a patient - they click on one of the document which is then displayed at the bottom of the screen, the top of the screen displays a patient selector through which they can assign a patient manually to a document The same interface displays both unmatched pathology reports and unmatched documents; about 3 pathology results per day are unmatched, and about 1-2 documents per week, so I can't show you a relevant screenshot right now but will post one when the next unmatched document arrives Thus workflow for documents the script can not import fully unattended: 1.) select unmatched document from list - if only one document waiting, this step is skipped and 2.) is displayed by default 2.) read relevant section to extract patient ID traits visually 3.) enter part of relevant patient name in patient selector box, and then click on patient found in displayed list Horst _______________________________________________ Gpcg_talk mailing list [email protected] http://ozdocit.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gpcg_talk
