Wagtail works but is still in alpha status. It needs refining, testing
and documentation as Tim suggests. I am sure the main protagonists
listed above would be happy co-ordinate and oversee the project. I think
Tim would also be invaluable as a resource person.

Scoping the work should not be too difficult. There is a precedent for
this type of student based project with Ian and Horst supervising final
year RMIT computer science students working on drugref.org.

Ian and Syan are in Melbourne, Horst, Tony and I are on the NSW north
coast but Tim is in Sydney. I am not convinced that much face to face
meeting needs to occur (and it is unusual in open source projects) so I
hope our geographical positions are not a problem.
