Ah Ian is right. Internode is 18 cents not 10 cents. Engin seems the
biggest provider at that price and can use 711 or 729.

I would be interested to hear how Engin rates. (Just to be clear, that's
Engin not Englin.)

Those running out their own ADSLs can offer it. viz. iinet, iPrimus,
Internode.
