Ian,
check out engin (engin.com.au)
10 cent calls untimed, engin-engin free and mobiles have gone from 29cents
per minute to 27 cents per minute in the last couple of months.
Mark
have been using it at home for the last year.
So long as you have 80-100kb bandwidth free and a router that will give
priority for voice traffic you will be fine

Most telcos are on 15c local calls at business rates.
Internode's Nodephone is one of the few Voip (2?) providers that has
built infrastructure to support quality of service for qulaity VOIP
and their local calls are 18c. Long distance is cheap at 18c untimed
anywhere.
Do other providers that claim to offer cheaper voice calls on VOIP manage
QoS??

Are you having problems with quality of service for real time voice??
