I think to V2 documentation is reasonable, its a fairly big topic and
it takes a while to get into it. There are free downloads available
from Standards Australia. The Pathology Messaging Handbook is pretty
readable.

I think we need more Geek, not less, otherwise we will end up with "a
strategy for change management"

You can just register and download all the Australian health IT
standards for free. The DoH pays for that :-)
