We have esmith with windows machines.I've not used imap previously.
My plan is for the managers to use the *same* email program, maybe just
log in with their passwood and download their mail.It would save me from
explaining how two separate email clients work.
Thunderbird puts the mail from different email addresses into separate
folders but once downloaded are easily seen by other users of Thunderbird.
They are on display, their separate inboxes can simply be clicked by
other users.
At least in Outlook Express one can use Multiple Identities, password
protected, that effectively separates the email for different email address
I was hoping Thunderbird could do the same. As far as I can see it doesn't.
I really don't want separate logins to the Windows machine.
