But it would really be better from IT security perspective to have
separate user accounts for users and explicitly shared shared data.
If users are to have private separation of mail, then they are going
to have to log in separately to something..... either Windows or mail
accounts. No way around that.
We are still using hosted webmail as well as usual main accounts.
Best feature is that it still permits the shared front desk email
function.
BTW been having problems with Thunderbird refusing to quit on WinXP.
Quits and immediately restarts. Deinstalling/Reinstalling latest
version didn't help. Anyone got any clues??
