Have you ever worked with Cerner. On behalf of an International client I conducted a detailed evaluation late last year.
 
At that stage SNOMED-CT was fully available in all the areas you would expect and their capabilities to use external ID management systems were fully developed - as you would expect from a US based product that often uses an EMPI from a whole hospital chain.
 
What OZ verdors have that today? To date I don't know anyone here who has SNOMED in place.
