It's a delight in my case since the product is so fantastic.   Takes only a
few minutes and not one hitch on any update since I installed at least six
months ago.    Compare that minimal effort with the hassles most other users
seem to have with their product and it is bliss as far as I am concerned.
Add to that technical support second to none and I am still smiling.

I even had to ask tech support recently to stop phoning me all the time ie
don't call me I'll call you .

Interesting that the drug updates in MDW3 have to be installed  
manually on each client, a step backwards in a product that is  
otherwise a big improvement on it's predecessor.
