I have always found Kens posts to be very balanced. In general he is
simply pointing to information, as in this case.
Pharmacy is essentially a retail business underwritten by their
professional role. The majority of their medicinal products have very
little evidence to support their use.
They have managed to preserve an anticompetitive regulatory regime in
the face of deregulation in many other industries
