Well done sussing that out...It sure would be good to see what the patent says.
Of course - given that Health / Medi Connect is dead, or so it seems, if the Minister or whoever want's to move - he would only have to say to the Guild - guess when Coles are going to start selling prescription medicines and it would all be over and the patent would be assigned to the Commonwealth.
The real world I think!
