You guys managed to change most of the processes for applying to use HIC
Online, as it then was called. The pity is they've held out on the
user-generated keys you so desperately want.
Given that sending 'E-prescriptions' will, no doubt, need similar
security, they may finally operationalise what they've promised to do in
this regard.
