We have decided not to proceed with re accreditation
After careful discussion with all our doctors, nurses reception &  
management staff ( most of whom have been with us for the initial &  
subsequent charades) the general opinion is that it has  made no  
difference to our level of patient care and has involved considerable  
expense and angst for all concerned.
The sterilisation process was one of the proverbial straws- have you  
checked the documentation they require?

We are telling all the bureaucratic leeches & drones  to bugger off  
and we will get on with providing quality medical care without them -  
as we managed to do before
