Hi Tom,
The key thing that will let GP's get on with their core business with regard to messaging will be when specialist and hospital reports arrive in our inboxes the same way that pathology and xray reports do.
Any solution that gets that working is going to get GP's business.
What is your approach to getting the hospitals and specialists to actually SEND clinical reports electronically?

That is exactly what is happening in Darwin and is now being rolled out to all of NT - Alice and Katherine and all points NSE&W. Specialist and allied health letters straight to GPs, all public hospitals (RDH and Alice) have finished the testing of sending discharge summaries, admit and discharge notifications, etc to GPs and are ready to start transmitting these which will be imported into all the GP clinical apps, referrals into the hospitals are going live soon. Some GPs are even sending (unsigned) referrals. Path results from Sonic and Symbion going to GPs, radiology providers soon to follow.

GPs starting to see the benefits.

And which messaging facility is being used exclusively for each of these?

Argus.
