Many, like my mum's eye specialist have middle-aged dragons at the front
desk who don't want anything more to do with computers either.
Someone must do their BAS statements, bill their patients and type their
reports, however. If most specialists have enough income to be
inefficient in how they do these things, there isn't much hope.
There are other examples, as I've said, but it sounds like you need to
find other things to focus on over your way. Except, I've just
remembered that Medemail is supposed to have GPs and specialists over
Woolahra way. That hasn't spread to SESDGP?
