yes, I thought the first deliverable would be a database schema, closely
followed by an installer script for both windows and linux and a sample
dataset with a few sample client web pages built in {whatever} scripting
language.
The presentation pages would have nothing to do with the final product
but would look pretty and give the project a "face" to which donors
could relate.
