Horst is there any way to allow some sort of description of what type of appointment is required/available (both as to content and time) eg long chat/ counseling quick script full insurance medical /complete checkup/ bp check inr etc etc?? Without some sort of triage even if primitive, disorganized chaos may ensue :-)
I am worried you will have a system that looks great, is more convenient for your patients but may do nothing to help your workflow.
