I suspect we would not support online claiming in the first instance, but it's definitely something to look at down the track. Anyone else using Online Claiming? Oliver, I take it you have a PKI key? Does this require the dreaded dongle, or does the disc-based Location certificate suffice? What do you do when the HIC server is down? Ian H
