It wouldn't take much to create a form if you happy to do manual data entry. Hack out 90% of pitifil and add a few fields and you would have what you want. I would think the LCD gets its data down a serial line so you may also be able to capture that. Not sure about a thermal printer. It sounds very eighties. Richard H probably could do it for you. I don't know which EHRs provide an api to their patient demographics. MD doesn't but you could possibly do a SQL query directly on the tables Tony E is the man for that on MD but its starting to get messy if you have to write multiple if blocks for the various EHRs.
