No, I have drawn a fimr line at MSSQL - this is where common sense
compkletely 
stops for me and I will never install it on any on my systems, nor any 
software depending on it. 

I am now close enough to replace all that proprietary software anyway, so I 
can't even be bothered any more thinking about those "alternatives".

A list member will work as a locum for me in December and January while I am

overseas - will be interesting what he thinks about our setup, I am sure he 
will report back to the list what his impressions are.
