Wrong. Not with Argus. The source is released open source (despite what others have said; the latest version is on subversion), but also the IP is owned by the Health OpenWare Foundation who by their charter are bound to ensure that the source can NEVER be taken away from the public. ArgusConnect is legally bound by its licence arrangement of the the IP to release everything as open source if it were to go 'belly up'.

This is far better and cheaper and easier to manage than any escrow arrangement.
