Hi Ross
Is that Open Source by what is on the Health OpenWare site as your
(early days, I admit) Forum presentation
http://www.healthopenware.org.au/downloads/Argus%20Forum%20-%20Open%20So
urce.pdf on Open Source Argus which says in part as slide 15:
" The recommended licence scheme for Argus is one that will be
similar to the Netscape licence i.e. with the following
main
deviations from the 'open source model':
        * All third party modifications and developments must be
supplied to the
Argus Foundation and the Argus Foundation will have a
perpetual licence to
use, modify and distribute this work unencumbered.
        * A third party may use a modification within their own licence
'site' without
permission but may not distribute it for use with any
other licensee.
        * A third party has no rights to redistribute Argus.
        * All attributions regarding Argus authorship and 'ownership'
must be
maintained prominently on the product and materials.
        * All users must be registered licensed users." ?
