Especially the bit about no encryption on the Profile database.

Who is prepared to use a clinical database that is not encrypted ?

PS: at no point (in my email at the bottom) did I suggest Intrahealth
asserted ownership over the data, did I ?

Have received information indicating various mis-information may be
published in the public domain in relating to Intrahealth's policy in
respect of data ownership.  This email informs you of our position in
respect of practice data - the following clauses are included in commercial
agreements.

Intrahealth asserts no ownership over practice data 
Intrahealth agrees to provide a data export to an agreed format at normal
commercial rates 
 
Further information of note:

Data stored in SQL or Interbase databases accessed by Profile is not
encrypted 
 
If you are the author or know the author of information contrary to the
above I require you make a public domain statement correcting such
information or bring the enclosed Intrahealth statement to the attention of
the author.
