No. A reminder of that kind is either a professional courtesy or part of the business plan - the latter if you work in an environment where no shows are common. Shotgun principle is good enough (simply expecting that most or at least "enough" messages will hit the target) Reminders should not be confused with recalls where you indeed need some ACK.
