Actually there is a whole street in Binondo in the old part of Manila which is comprised of nothing but small, boutique printing shops which specialise in, err, exact reproductions of letterheads, certificates and other official documents. For backup purposes only, of course. Or slightly inexact copies. At least that's what the signs on the shop doors say. So I am told.
