We have sourced quite a nice booklet from DCITA called Internet Security essentials for Small Business. http://www.dcita.gov.au/communications_for_consumers/security/e-security/internet_security_essentials_for_small_business Quite well written in plain English and we have been giving them to Divisions for them to distribute to their member practices. On page 17 in a section relating to how you can protect yourself from harmful emails there is a reference to NOT using the email preview as a default setting for the inbox. Why would they say that? Does anybody have any comment on the risks involved in using the preview pane?
