Most business grade plans have a fall back dial up option available to you just 
sitting there waiting for you to use (even from home!!)

In regards to internet broadband redundancy setting up a ‘standby’ modem with 
an account to Telstra, or the like, is quite easy. Of course you would want to 
sign up for a pay as you go service so as to avoid any monthly fees as the 
broadband should be quite reliable. I would estimate 2-4 times a year that you 
would use this backup link at most. Also remember to use a different ISP than 
your broadband link.
