The load balancing router works as fail-over router too - you just set 
priorities of ISP with rule sets (eg VoIP always via ISP1, all P2P traffic 
use overhead bandwidth only, email via any ISP that is working at 
present ...) Until not long ago, 2-way satellite. Soon, wireless

I thought about using Telstra's 3G $29 plan (10 hrs/month) as a backup - but 
first I learned that link speeds up here are pathetic, and next I learned is 
that their backhaul up here goes via exchange anyway - so if their ADSL goes 
down, likely their 3G goes down too. Just as well, would probably have been a 
nightmare having a contract with that unspeakable company again
